the location was central to everything i wanted to see. i also appreciated that luggage storage was available after checkout. the staff was helpful with directions and recommendations..
The room felt quite small and stuffy. I couldn't seem to get the temperature right. the bathroom light only worked when the main light was on. the decor seemed a bit old.

the room was super clean and cozy it was also just a short walk from the main center. staff were very helpful and informative at all times. the hotel itself felt warm and cute upon arrival after a long journey.
i found no place to sit in the room so i could not do any work i had planned.

mixed Experience at central Hotel

carpet stains inadequate curtains
the location was excellent for accessing the city center the room was quiet.
at breakfast i was told i could only have one item i could not have yoghurt, muesli and fruit the room had stains on the carpets and furniture the curtains did not fit the window well so daylight came through early in the morning. a fan was provided but no bottled water was available.

the breakfast service needs improvement i saw staff struggled to manage the number of guests some items ran out quickly. the milk also tasted off a replacement batch had the same issue that was disappointing. i also found only one roll of toilet paper initially stocked in the bathroom further requests only yielded one additional roll it felt unnecessarily stingy and inconvenient to ask for more repeatedly

The location is great, nearby the city center. The rooms are clean. I appreciate that the bed was comfortable with crisp, white bedding. The staff was helpful and friendly, and this added much value.
